In business since 1951, the Saad’s, under the guidance of our founding father, James L. Saad, truly believe that the customer is the boss, and we run our business accordingly. We also believe that over 75 years of happy patients leads to confident referrals from our patients, their families, as well as our network of local physicians and healthcare providers.

James Saad, Jr. opened our Cape May Court House location in 1975. He, along with his father James Saad and brother Richard Saad, have provided better hearing services to Cape May County with great pride for 50 years.
James Saad is a licensed hearing aid dispenser in the state of New Jersey and board certified by the National Board for Certification in Hearing Instrument Sciences. He is an active member of the Pennsylvania Hearing Healthcare Association and was awarded their lifetime achievement award in 2025.
Jim has been wearing hearing aids for 20+ years and believes it has been most beneficial in understanding his patients needs, concerns, and solutions. Jim is a lifetime member of the Knights of Columbus, and in his past has been a recording artist at Capital Studios New York. Listen to him here.
Rosario Saad, Au.D.
Dr. Rosario Saad is the third generation to join our family practice in order to continue serving our community for decades to come. Her passion is providing patients with an improved quality of life through improved hearing and communication while using a patient centered approach.
A clinical audiologist for over 20 years, she has practiced throughout metro Philadelphia, Ft. Worth, TX and southern New Jersey within ENT and audiology private practices. She specializes in adult diagnostics, hearing aids and vestibular disorders.
Dr. Saad received her Doctorate of Audiology from the University of Florida, and both her Master’s degree in Audiology and Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Deaf Studies from The College of New Jersey.
Dr. Saad earned her Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) in 2004 and is licensed to practice in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. She is a proud member of the New Jersey Academy of Audiology, the American Academy of Audiology, and Audiology Doctors of America.
Outside of her professional life, Dr. Saad cherishes time with her blended family, which includes her husband, an active duty military member, her beloved bonus sons, and her daughter. She is honored to join her father, James, in carrying on the family legacy—proudly continuing the business into its third generation.
